1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and kkkjilli ("the Platform", "we", "our", or "us") governing all aspects of your use of the kkkjilli website located at kkkjilli.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features available through the platform.

By accessing kkkjilli, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the kkkjilli platform.

kkkjilli operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which regulates all gaming activity conducted through this platform. These Terms are written to be consistent with PAGCOR's regulatory requirements and Philippine law. Where any conflict arises between these Terms and applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, the applicable law and regulations shall prevail.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account at kkkjilli, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This is the minimum legal age for online gaming under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. kkkjilli takes underage gambling seriously and may request age verification documents at any point.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay. kkkjilli's license covers Philippine players only.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of kkkjilli or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or marketing partners.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognised gambling regulatory authority in the Philippines.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law. Players who have been legally declared incapacitated are not eligible to hold kkkjilli accounts.

kkkjilli reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one kkkjilli account. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. Any balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering at kkkjilli, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of this information changes.

Account Verification (KYC)

kkkjilli is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold. You may be asked to provide:

• A government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, UMID, driver's license, or voter's ID)
• Proof of your current Philippine address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days)
• Proof of your payment method ownership (screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your registered name and number)

All KYC documents are handled in accordance with kkkjilli's Privacy Policy. We do not share your identification documents with third parties except where required by PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kkkjilli login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. kkkjilli will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact kkkjilli support immediately at support@kkkjilli.net.

4 Deposits

kkkjilli accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods only. Deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name will be rejected and returned.

• GCash — Minimum deposit ₱100. Credited instantly. The GCash account must be registered under the same name as your kkkjilli account.
• Maya (PayMaya) — Minimum deposit ₱100. Credited instantly.
• GrabPay — Minimum deposit ₱100. Credited instantly.
• Coins.ph — Minimum deposit ₱100. Credited instantly.
• InstaPay / PESONet bank transfer — BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Metrobank, and all InstaPay-connected Philippine banks. Credits within 15–30 minutes during banking hours.
• Visa / Mastercard — Philippine-issued debit and credit cards. Processing time 1–3 business days.

kkkjilli does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party fees charged by your payment provider (e.g., GCash service fees) are outside kkkjilli's control and are your responsibility. All deposits are in Philippine pesos (₱). No foreign currency deposits are accepted.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at kkkjilli are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. Cross-method withdrawals (e.g., depositing via GCash but withdrawing to a bank account) require additional verification.

Withdrawal Minimums and Processing Times

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• GCash and Maya withdrawals: 5–15 minutes for fully verified accounts
• Bank transfer (InstaPay): 15–60 minutes during banking hours
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days

Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods (immediately after major PBA games or UFC events) may experience slight delays due to processing volume. kkkjilli aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours under any circumstances for verified accounts.

kkkjilli reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests that exceed ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in a calendar month. This is a regulatory requirement, not a restriction imposed by kkkjilli at its discretion.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

kkkjilli offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated for each promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All kkkjilli bonus credits carry a wagering requirement of at least 10x (ten times) the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is explicitly stated for a specific promotion. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Tongits and Pusoy contribute 100% per ₱1 wagered. Slot games contribute 100%. Live casino table games contribute 20%. Sports bets at odds of 1.60 or higher contribute 100%; bets at lower odds contribute 20%.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited to your account unless otherwise stated. Unused bonuses expire automatically after this period.
• One Bonus at a Time: kkkjilli accounts can hold only one active bonus at any time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous one is active will forfeit the existing bonus.
• Abuse of Bonuses: kkkjilli reserves the right to cancel bonuses and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including structured betting designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of betting systems that exploit bonus terms, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting conducted at kkkjilli, including PBA betting, NBA betting, basketball betting, MMA betting, and all other sports markets.

Bet Acceptance and Odds

kkkjilli displays odds in decimal format. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. kkkjilli reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to system errors or data feed failures. In such cases, the stake is returned in full to the player's wallet.

Event Cancellations and Postponements

If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed, bets remain valid if the event is rescheduled and takes place within 24 hours of the original start time for most sports, or within 5 days for PBA games subject to UAAP/PBA rescheduling announcements. If the event does not take place within the applicable window, all bets are voided.

Live (In-Play) Betting

Live betting markets at kkkjilli are subject to brief suspension during significant game events (scoring plays, timeouts, player ejections) to allow odds to be updated. Bets placed during a suspension period will be confirmed or cancelled at kkkjilli's discretion depending on whether the suspending event materially affected the market outcome.

Maximum Winnings

kkkjilli imposes maximum payout limits per event and per day as follows: single-game maximum payout ₱500,000; parlay maximum payout ₱2,000,000; daily maximum payout per player ₱5,000,000. kkkjilli reserves the right to reduce these limits for specific events or market types with prior notice.

8 Card Games Rules

kkkjilli's card game products — including Tongits, Pusoy, and all other card games — are governed by the standard rules of each game as defined in the kkkjilli game rules documentation available in the game lobby, supplemented by the following general platform rules.

• Disconnection: If a player disconnects during a live game, the platform's auto-play system manages their turns for up to 30 seconds. If the connection is not restored, the hand is folded or resolved in the least disruptive way for the remaining players. The disconnected player's ante contribution remains in the pot.
• Game Errors: In the event of a game engine error that causes an incorrect card distribution or outcome, kkkjilli will void the affected hand and return all stakes to the players involved. Where a payout has already been made based on an erroneous result, kkkjilli reserves the right to reclaim the incorrect payout amount from the player's wallet balance.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at a table to gain an unfair advantage — including sharing hand information via any communication channel — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure.
• Tournament Rules: kkkjilli card game tournaments have specific buy-in, prize pool, and elimination rules that are published separately for each event. Tournament decisions made by kkkjilli are final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkkjilli platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

• Creating more than one kkkjilli account, or assisting another person in creating multiple accounts
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play games on kkkjilli
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or odds errors to generate guaranteed profits
• Colluding with other players in card games, live casino games, or any other real-money game format
• Engaging in match-fixing or any activity related to the manipulation of sporting events
• Attempting to launder money or use kkkjilli for any purpose related to illegal financial activity
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent identity check
• Accessing kkkjilli using a VPN, proxy, or any technology designed to disguise your true location
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation

10 Account Suspension and Closure

kkkjilli may suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or collusive activity
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Direction from PAGCOR or a Philippine court or law enforcement authority
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, kkkjilli may withhold the full account balance pending investigation. Where it is determined that the balance arose from prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited. Balances that arose legitimately will be returned to the player's verified payment method after the investigation is complete.

If you wish to close your kkkjilli account voluntarily, contact support@kkkjilli.net. Voluntary account closures are processed within 5 business days, and any remaining balance is paid out to your verified payment method after standard withdrawal verification.

11 Responsible Gaming

kkkjilli is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all kkkjilli players directly from your account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases have a 24-hour cooling-off period before they become active.
• Session Time Reminders: Set automatic reminders that alert you after a specified number of hours spent actively gaming on kkkjilli.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, betting is automatically suspended until the limit period resets.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend your own kkkjilli account. Temporary self-exclusion options range from 24 hours to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders during gaming sessions showing how long you've been playing and your net result for the session.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the kkkjilli platform — including but not limited to the kkkjilli brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and all associated media — is the exclusive property of kkkjilli or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international copyright conventions.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any kkkjilli content without prior written authorisation from kkkjilli. Personal, non-commercial use of kkkjilli content for sharing screenshots of your gaming activity on personal social media is permitted provided the kkkjilli brand is not misrepresented.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, kkkjilli's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform — whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

kkkjilli is not liable for losses arising from:

• Interruptions to the platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's end
• GCash, Maya, or bank processing delays outside kkkjilli's direct control
• Errors in publicly available sporting event data or results that are subsequently corrected
• Losses resulting from a player's own gaming decisions

14 Changes to These Terms

kkkjilli reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the kkkjilli platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required by PAGCOR regulation or Philippine law.

Your continued use of kkkjilli after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using kkkjilli and may request account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of kkkjilli shall first be submitted to kkkjilli's customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through the support process within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, and thereafter to the appropriate Philippine courts.
